Questions we hear at the counter

Anything else, call (416) 792-5880 or send a DM on Instagram. We answer during café hours.

How far ahead should I order a custom cake?

Please give us at least three days. Last minute and same day orders may be possible but are subject to a rush fee, and holiday dates like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day have limited spots.

How do I confirm my order?

A 100% nonrefundable deposit is required to place your order. Once the deposit is sent, send us a screenshot and your date is locked in.

Do you deliver?

Custom cakes are store pick up only at 20 St. Patrick Street. Café items such as pastries, sandwiches and coffee can be ordered for delivery through Uber Eats.

What sizes do you make?

Four, six and eight inch cakes, tall versions, and two tier cakes in eight and four inch or ten and six inch. A ten and six inch two tier serves around sixty people. Call us to consult on the right size for your party.

Buttercream flowers or fresh flowers?

Both. Buttercream flowers are piped by hand and are fully edible. Fresh flower cakes are finished with real blooms and are popular for weddings, showers and communions. Vintage style cakes with shells, ruffles and ribbons are a third option.

Can you write a message on the cake?

Yes. Tell us the lettering, the colours and the design when you order. Photos of cakes you like are always welcome.

What flavours are available?

Customers order vanilla, chocolate and red velvet most often. Ask about seasonal flavours when you call, and let us know about any allergies.
